Give people a reason to stay connected to you. Top leader and busy mom, Sarah Zolecki runs her Facebook profile like a business. She recommends that every post you create be 100 percent intentional. Network marketing and direct sales is all about relationships, and Sarah shares content that tells her story, creates curiosity and makes it easy for others to relate to her.
Sarah uses what she likes to call “power posts” – updates used to directly promote her company (but she uses these kinds of updates sparingly). Attraction marketing is the art of sharing content that creates curiosity and draws your prospects to you (vs you promoting or advertising your business directly).
Having the right content on Facebook is key to attraction marketing. Instead of speaking directly about your products or business, share the benefits you (or others get) by using your products or being part of your team.
Showcase the lifestyle you are creating for yourself – and your family – as a result of having your business. Better yet, share “case studies” or success stories of your customers and team members, sharing the benefits they are receiving through your products and business. These kinds of updates generate curiosity and can inspire people to message YOU to find out more details (how great is that)!
Finally, keep in mind that people are watching you on Facebook more than you realize. Even if they aren’t actively engaging with you posts (liking, sharing or commenting) they are still watching your story unfold, so keep it interesting.
